Team WOD L1:

6 min AMRAP of:

1 partner holds KBs (24/16)
1 partner does Walking Lunges with plate (35/25) across the gym and back

Each length = 1 point

6 min AMRAP of:

1 partner holds KBs (24/16)
1 parnter does weighted Burpees (35/25)

Each Burpee = 1 point

120 Kettlebell Swings for time (24/16)

1 minute transition between each portion

Team WOD L2:

6 min AMRAP of:

1 partner holds KBs (32/24)
1 partner does Walking Lunges with plate (45/35) across the gym and back

Each length = 1 point

6 min AMRAP of:

1 partner holds KBs (32/24)
1 partner does weighted Burpees (45/35)

Each Burpee = 1 point

120 Kettlebell Swings for time (32/24)

1 minute transition between each portion

Lots to do today…

Let’s go over the rules for today for each of the 3 mini wods!

Part 1:

  1. First one is just a KB hold with some plated Lunges
  2. You will lunge both lengths (the long way) and then switch with your partner who is holding the KBs
  3. If at any point the partner holding the KBs has to put them down, the person lunging must also stop
  4. Each length lunged = 1 point and you are trying to accrue the most point you can in 6 minutes

Part 2:

  1. One person does weighted Burpees (with the same plate from part 1) while the other holds the KBs
  2. If at any point the partner holding the KBs has to put them down, the person doing Burpees must also stop
  3. Each Burpee = 1 point and you are trying to accrue the most point you can in 6 minutes

Part 3:

  1. 120 KB Swings broken up anyhow between you and your partner
  2. The total amount does not have to be split evenly.  This is to be done in the fastest way possible
